At Rooted Lake Co., we want you to love every product you bring into your ritual. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return Reach out to us at hello@rootedlakeco.com and we'll guide you through the process. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, the following are final sale: personal care and wellness items, opened bath and body products, and sale items or gift cards.

Damages & Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@rootedlakeco.com and we'll make it right.

Exchanges The quickest path to the right product is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@rootedlakeco.com.

EU Customers If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
