Processing Time Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order and your location:
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
- Some specialty or wellness items may take up to 14 business days
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — look for promotions at checkout.
Multiple Suppliers Because our products are sourced from multiple trusted suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Don't be alarmed if your full order doesn't arrive at once — it's all on its way! 🌿
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@rootedlakeco.com and we'll investigate with the supplier right away.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Rooted Lake Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you catch an error, contact us immediately at hello@rootedlakeco.com — we'll do our best to intercept it before it ships.
International Shipping At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. International availability may vary by product and supplier. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
